STAR TECHNOLOGIES

A hearty congratulations for all those who had got their first placement in STAR TECHNOLOGIES after graduation. On the behalf of the entire staff members of STAR TECHNOLOGIES, I extend a warm welcome to all of them.

I have been working with this company for past 12 years in this company. We are glad and excited to have these young employees working with us. 

I believe all these employees have come from different corners of this country. We hope that these employees will enjoy working here with us and take full advantage of this opportunity of working with this 40-year-old enterprise.

STAR TECHNOLOGIES was founded in late 1960’s and has emerged as a successful enterprise in providing software solutions to small and medium businesses. The success of this company is dedicated to the ideologies of the founders. 

All of us are in a fight to achieve our dreams. Some take short cuts and some go for sincere approach. We believe if you want to grow yourself, then you have to be true to yourself first. There are number of employees working here for a long time and had made a good living just by following the culture of this company. I feel much satisfied when I see myself that I have not been indulged into any unethical action that would harm the image of my company or my own. 

To ensure that our resources are used in the right way, there are various policies which being followed by the company. We make sure that every sort of help is provided to the needy for the completion of allotted tasks. Company follows strict norms against the ones who use unethical ways to get their work done. Everyone is provided with guidelines that are mandatory to follow.

Our company is respected in our industry for the culture we follow. This has come due to the hard work and the dedication of the founders of this company.  These values may ask you for extra effort to achieve the results and unethical actions are very lucrative as they show you the short-term benefits very nearby.  I can tell from my experience that none of the employees, who had violated the ideologies of this company, had not been able to make a successful career. 

That is all I want to convey this newly recruited batch. I wish all of them good luck for their future.
